No, not quite. It's complicated. I got screwed on a deal in Phoenix. I moved out there. I didn't go through my wife stayed out there. I went back to Charlotte. I finally got her out of there. I've been paying mortgage and rent. And I feel stupid for getting my renters out of there last year.
